New tongue-and-groove flooring, circle-pattern skirting, and paint colors breathe fresh life into the Victorian-era house. The conical copper roof cap was, luckily, intact. This 1907 Built Queen Anne House required 70 hours of carpentry repair and wood repairs before painting. The west elevation needed scaffolding so carpenters and painters could safely access all siding and trim for repairs and painting.
