- Table saw the 8′ 1x12 board to 10-9/16" wide
- Cut the 8′ board into panels that are 31-3/16" long using the sliding compound miter saw (sliding saw FTW)
- Back cut the perimeter edge of the panel with the planer – 3 passes set to 1/16"
